Wednesday Classes - January 11th to April 4th, 4:30 to 5:30, Instructor: Bettie Ann, 13 classes $130. plus HST

Friday Classes - January 13th to March 30th, 2:30 to 3:30, Instructor Corinne, 12 classes, $120. plus HST  CANCELLED

A physician's referral and completed personal health history form is required for all new participants and from participants returning after 6 months away from the Aquasize program.   

You must register and have paid for classes prior to attending.
