Walk a Mile in Her Shoes

In 2008 the YWCA Halifax launched a signature event like no other.

 

Walk A Mile In Her Shoes brings men together to literally walk in women's shoes to 'step up' for women and families who are at critical turning points in their lives. Held annually in June at Scotia Square Mall, Walk A Mile In Her Shoes promises not only men in heels and raised eyebrows but funds raised in support of YWCA's Turning Point Programs for women. 

 

With four years under our 'heel,' Walk A Mile In Her Shoes 2012 promises to become one of the most talked about events of the spring.
